Thank you for visiting Welcome Pumpkin! By purchasing from our website or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. Product Information
All pumpkins sold through our service are natural, perishable items and are considered food products. Please note that pumpkins can be affected by factors such as weather, temperature, and handling. While we provide high-quality, fresh pumpkins, we cannot guarantee the lifespan of the pumpkins once delivered, as this will depend on conditions beyond our control.

2. Delivery
We offer delivery services to Sonoma, Marin, and Napa Counties in California. Deliveries will be made on the agreed date, and you will receive confirmation upon successful delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the pumpkins or provide a secure location for us to leave them. Once the pumpkins are delivered, they become your responsibility.

Please keep in mind that extreme weather conditions (such as high heat, rain, or frost) can accelerate pumpkin deterioration, and we cannot be held responsible for the impact of these conditions after delivery.

3. Care Guidelines
To help extend the life of your pumpkins, we recommend:

• Storing them in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.
• Avoiding exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, and pests.
• Keeping pumpkins elevated off the ground to prevent mold and rot.

Despite these recommendations, the natural decomposition process will occur over time, especially under fluctuating weather conditions. We cannot guarantee the longevity of your pumpkins even with proper care.

4. No Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of pumpkins, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We inspect all products for quality before delivery; however, we cannot offer guarantees or refunds based on how long the pumpkins last after delivery, as their lifespan depends on many variables outside our control (weather, pests, handling, etc.).

5. Custom Design Orders
For custom porch displays or pumpkin designs, we work closely with you to ensure the final product meets your expectations. However, as pumpkins are perishable, we cannot guarantee the condition of the pumpkins after delivery, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided based on how long the pumpkins last once they are delivered.

6. Add-Ons and Packages
Our add-on items, such as hay bales and extra-large pumpkins, are available to enhance your package purchase. Once these items are added to your order and delivered, they are subject to the same no-refund policy. We encourage you to reach out if you have any questions before making your selection.

7. Weather-Related Disclaimer
Please note that pumpkins are sensitive to weather conditions. While we provide guidance on how to care for them, we cannot guarantee how pumpkins will react to specific weather conditions after delivery, such as extreme heat, frost, or heavy rain. We recommend placing pumpkins in a protected area, especially during extreme weather, to help preserve their condition.

8. Liability
We are not responsible for any damage or deterioration of pumpkins or other items caused by weather, pests, or improper care after delivery. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you accept the risk of environmental factors affecting your pumpkins and other products.

9. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled up to 14 days before the scheduled delivery date. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted, and payment will be processed in full. Once the delivery is complete, no refunds will be given, regardless of the condition of the pumpkins or the impact of weather.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
